For this look we drew inspiration from igbo culture. The headpiece reminded me of the calabash where we serve palm wine from and also the hand drum that’s at every traditional wedding and cultural function.

I want to make it my mission to engage with as many  emerging and established designers from the continent (shout out to the ones who styled at the met gala like: ugomozie with elevensixteen, tolucoker, hanifaofficial, ahluwalia to name a few)
