For 23 years, “the corporate girl” was Michelle Cooksey’s identity.

Fortune 10 company. Handpicked leadership role. The salary, the title, the whole picture of success she’d spent her life climbing toward. She made it.

Then, in the middle of a hypnobreathwork training, her intuition handed her one word: QUIT.

She gave her notice 5 days before we recorded this.

This episode is the honest version of what that actually takes — the financial fear, the self-doubt, the grief. Michelle talks about the burnout that once cost her her health, the shift from leading by ego to leading consciously, losing her father and how grief reshaped what she wants her life to mean, and the trip to Bali that changed everything.

Comment “Michelle” for the episode. 🎧
