#YNWMelly’s attorney #DrewFindling says there’s “nothing to rationalize” Melly spending over seven years in jail while awaiting his m-rder retrial.

Findling, who recently secured an acquittal for #LilDurk, spoke about taking over Melly’s case and called his continued incarceration “a total injustice,” pointing to his time in solitary confinement.

Melly was arrested in February 2019 and is facing a retrial on two m-rder charges, which is expected to begin Jan. 6, 2027. He could face the de-th penalty if convicted. 👀
