This will help with:

✅ Drop height and depth 
✅ Consistency
✅ Developing touch 

Here’s how it’s done:
-In this live ball drill, one player is volleying at the kitchen while the other player drops from transition 
-In a game to 11, if the drop cannot be volleyed out of the air, the player in transition wins the point
-If it can be volleyed out of the air, continue to play out the point with the same rules 
-After each game, you can switch roles with your partner
