Time to cook up some soft-shell crabs! I love visiting Mr. Daniel Edgar! Always learning something new! If y’all ever get the chance, take a visit to St. Mary’s Seafood and Marina in Franklin, LA.

They are mainly wholesale, but he does have seafood available for sale to the public at the dock!
