You deserve your Ryan. And by “your Ryan,” I don’t just mean the love of your life.

I mean the life that becomes available to you when you stop choosing from your wounds.

I left an abusive marriage in my 30s. And the healing that followed changed far more than my relationships.

It changed what I believed I deserved.
What I was willing to tolerate.
What I was available for.
What I could receive without sabotaging it.
And what I could build without abandoning myself to keep it.

That is the part of manifestation we don’t talk about enough.

You can make the vision board.
Say the affirmations.
Get crystal clear on what you want.

But if some part of you still believes love requires suffering, success requires self-abandonment, or abundance is something you have to grip tightly before it disappears, you will keep recreating what is familiar.

Healing changes the pattern.

And when the pattern changes, suddenly you can recognize, choose, receive AND KEEP what once felt impossible.

For me, that has looked like a marriage where I am deeply loved.

It has also looked like meaningful work, extraordinary friendships, financial abundance, freedom, adventure, and a life that would have been unrecognizable to the woman I was in my 30s.

So if you’re in the chapter where you’re walking away from what no longer fits, doing the work, and wondering when the “manifestation” part begins…

It already has.

Sometimes the first thing you manifest is the version of YOU who can finally hold everything you’ve been asking for.

And from where I’m standing at 50?

Keep going.

You deserve your Ryan.
And you deserve everything else waiting on the other side of becoming unavailable for less.
