There is something I see constantly in personal development: People who know EVERYTHING about themselves - and still aren’t changing. They know their wounds, their attachment style, their childhood patterns and exactly why they behave the way they do, but as my guest on COACHED this week, stefanossifandos , put it rather perfectly: he once carried a tremendous amount of awareness and “did fuck all about it.”

Because insight is not embodiment.

Stefanos should know; he came through childhood pain, addiction, destructive relationships and profound self-abandonment, and what he learned is that real transformation requires us to stop performing, face what we have avoided, allow ourselves to be truly seen - and then consistently act differently.

In today’s episode of the Coached podcast, we talk about why high achievers are often deeply isolated, why overachievement can become an elaborate search for validation, how our earliest wounds follow us into love, and why being met with genuine compassion can begin to change everything.

If you’ve done all the work, understand yourself beautifully, and still find yourself repeating the same patterns, this conversation is for you.

Listen to my conversation with Stefanos Sifandos on this week’s COACHED.
