Choosing a coach is a big decision.

You’re trusting someone with your career, your relationships, your money, your decisions, your patterns, and ultimately, your life.

So yes, credentials matter. A lot.

I’m an ICF member and World Coach Institute-trained coach, with advanced study in Positive Psychology under Dr. Martin Seligman and additional coursework through U Penn and Yale.

I’ve been recognized as a Top Ten Executive Coach by ICF and Real Leaders, have been featured in outlets including Forbes, Goop, CNBC, TODAY, Cosmopolitan, Yahoo Finance and Harvard Business Review, and bring experience as a former C-suite leader with work experience across 17+ countries.

I’ve coached Fortune 500 founders and CEOs, Olympians and athletes, and high-performing leaders.

That experience and training shape how I coach.

But credentials aren’t the only thing that matters when choosing a coach.

Fit matters, too.

My coaching is for people who want more than motivation or validation. People who are willing to look honestly at themselves, question their patterns, take responsibility for their choices, and actually do something with the insight they gain.
