Coaching is a bizarre industry. And as someone who is naturally introverted, I know firsthand that you do not have to fit the stereotypical “extroverted coach” mold to be exceptional at what you do.

You can be ambitious, visible, influential, and successful while still being a homebody who would happily spend the day in a bathrobe.

The same is true in business, leadership, and life.

You do not have to become someone else to succeed. You have to learn how to create success on your own terms, in a way that is aligned with who you are.

That is the work I do with my clients: helping ambitious people build meaningful success without sacrificing themselves in the process.

If you are ready to explore what that could look like for you, apply to work with me through the link in my bio or visit kereneldad.com
