## Caption

The world feels loud right now. There is uncertainty. Division. Change. So much that seems beyond our control.

When life feels this turbulent, it’s tempting to spend all of our energy trying to predict what comes next. But that is rarely where our power lives.

The better question is:

What am I here to stand for?

Your integrity.
Your love.
Your consciousness.
Your truth.

The moments that shake us often become the moments that reveal us. They strip away the identities we’ve been performing and invite us to live from something much deeper.

That is the journey of Gilt Free.

Not becoming someone new, but remembering who you were before fear, expectations, and approval convinced you otherwise.

If your old life feels like it’s unraveling, don’t assume you’ve lost your way.

You may finally be finding it.

If you’re ready to stop living by external whims and start living from your soul, my new book Gilt Free is available now. Purchase your copy wherever books are sold or access the audiobook for free on YouTube and Spotify. Link in bio.
