Your coach doesn’t need to have experienced every single thing you’ve been through, but they should embody the principles they teach. Their life, choices, and results should reflect the wisdom they’re selling.

Credentials matter. Experience matters. But congruence matters most.

If someone isn’t practicing what they preach, it’s worth asking why.
