🍏 Dutchess Dry
Crafted from a wild-fermented blend of heirloom and culinary apples grown at Fishkill Farms, this dry cider is fermentation in its purest form—no sugar added.
Tasting Notes: Lightly sparkling, tart on the palate, with a subtle hint of oak. Approachable yet complex.

🍎 Wild at Heart
A unique semi-dry cider made from wild-fermented apples steeped with whole cluster wild-foraged staghorn sumac.
Tasting Notes: Juicy and fruit-forward. A nose of Moscato and candied fruit opens up flavors of grape, jasmine, white pepper, strawberries, and cedar. Very expressive with a beautiful balance of tart, sweet, and light bitterness.
