## Caption

Day 7 of 12 days of cider brings us a new bottling as of this year–Anther. This robust farmhouse cider is made from a blend of European bittersweet and American culinary apples from our orchard. Wild-fermented and lightly back-sweetened, Anther’s balanced tannins bring out the approachable side of our bittersweet crop. If you're a fan of Homestead and Wild at Heart, we highly recommend you try Anther too!

🍎Varieties: Yarlington Mill, Northern Spy, Frequin Rouge, Brown Snout, Newtown Pippin, Chisel Jersey, Pink Lady, Winesap, Harrison, and McIntosh
