## Caption

Day 6 of 12 days of cider brings out our wild side with Wild at Heart. A unique semi-dry cider made from wild-fermented apples steeped with whole cluster wild-foraged staghorn sumac from right here on the farm. Carbonated in bulk stainless steel tanks and sweetened before being filtered and bottled makes for a crisp pallet pleaser that made this bottling quickly rise to becoming a favorite.

🍎Varieties: Golden Delicious, Cortland, McIntosh, Jonamac, Northern Spy, Virginia Hewes, Newtown Pippin & Staghorn Sumac.

🥂Tasting Notes: A nose of Moscato and candied-fruit opens up flavors of grape, jasmine, white pepper, strawberries and cedar. Very expressive with a beautiful balance of tart, sweet and light bitterness.
