Day 4 of 12 days of cider brings us to our Burr Knot bottling. 

Rustic and recognizable by its rich golden-hued cider, Burr Knot is made from a blend of heirloom, bittersweet, and crab apples. Wild-fermented and bottled without filtration–try pairing this blend with a rich and creamy cheese this winter.

🍏Varieties: Harrison, Chisel Jersey, Dabinett

🥂Tasting Notes: This medium to full-bodied cider is fragrant with the aromas of
green tea and floral perfume. Rich tannic complexity with hints of brown tobacco, orange blossoms, clove, bergamot, and lightly sweet caramel. Opens up greatly when allowed to warm up a bit.
