🍾For Day 1, we're kicking the festivities off with our flagship bottling–Homestead. While its flavor profile has changed ever so slightly with the seasons, Homestead has remained a consistent crowd-pleaser since its release in 2016. Clean, fruit-forward, and the perfect balance of sweet and dry (semi-dry) makes it easy to enjoy and pair with many foods. 

🍎Varieties: Golden Delicious, McIntosh, Jonagold, Frequin Rouge, Wickson, Virginia Hewes & Dabinett. 

🥂Tasting Notes: Complex aromas of ripe red apple flesh and apple seeds lead to a highly approachable flavor with notes of vanilla custard, caramel, honey, and brioche. Lightly sweet and well-balanced.
