🍏 (Re) Introducing Onda! 🍏
We have some earthquaking news to share! 😉
We’re welcoming back Treasury Cider’s Onda. If you're already a fan, you understand the excitement. If not, it's the perfect time to discover it at our cider bar this weekend. To celebrate, we're offering every brunch guest (21+) a free sample all weekend! 

Inspired by Spanish-style farmhouse cider, Onda (which means “wave” in Spanish) was made with apples from Fishkill Farms’ 2021 crop and aged on the lees in both barrels and stainless steel. During this time, extended contact with yeast gave it a kaleidoscope of tart flavors and even some mild funk. Onda is a favorite of those that enjoy Gose and sour beers. 

Starting April 13th until the final weekend of brunch, treat yourself to a special pairing: a 4oz pour of Onda paired with a savory slice of thick-cut bacon. Besides being available by the glass at our cider bar, you can also pick up bottles of Onda from our farm store or at our Carroll Gardens Greenmarket starting this Sunday.
