🎊It's #CSAweek and 2023 CSA shares are now open!🎊⠀
⠀
Before you know it, our orchard will be bursting with ripe fruit, fields flush with vegetables, and gardens blanketed in bright flowers! Get in on the upcoming season's bounty with a CSA share, and enjoy a healthy selection of the freshest local fruits and vegetables all summer long.
⠀
🥗 For members a CSA means a guaranteed supply of fresh, healthy produce for over five months of the year, picked straight from a local field by a farmer you can trust; produce that will change hands less than any other you can buy. ⠀
⠀
🚜 For farms, members' support of our CSA program provides us with the resources needed to make sure we can meet our goals- from buying seeds and fertilizer to hiring the staff to plant, tend and harvest the crops.⠀

☀️The program begins in June with items like juicy organic strawberries and lettuce and continues for 23 weeks through early November ending the season with crispy eco-certified apples tender organic brussels sprouts with lots of delicious fruits and veggies in between.

🍄 We have a number of "add-on shares" to round out your produce shares including eggs, cider, milk, bread, coffee, cheese, yogurt, mushrooms, ferments, microgreens, beef, pork, venison and trout–all locally sourced from fellow farms we know and trust.
⠀
📲💌Join us this year by signing up online (link in the bio), making your purchase in our farm store or by filling out an application and mailing it in (available on our website).
⠀
Questions? Check out the CSA page on our website for more info or reach out to csa@fishkillfarms.com to contact our CSA coordinator, Jess.
