a crisp Sunday morning in Central Park surrounded by 5,000 women?! Sounds like the perfect recipe for an awesome half marathon!

this was my 48th half and I’m so glad I got to crush it with my friends! I honestly surprised myself with my paces, and definitely paid for it on a few miles when my calf cramped up but I ran Harlem Hill completely for the first time ever on our first lap and truly felt like I am so close to a breakthrough! I knocked 15 minutes off my time from this race last year and ran my second fastest half!

the best part of this race was running and training for it with my friends! our group chat kept me going most days and I truly believe that with that kind of support I can do anything! women supporting women is just ELITE behavior!

when can we do this again?!
