There's something new in the barrels at Treasury Cider, and that's an experimental "cyser"-  a blend of apple juice and honey fermented together. 🍯🍎⠀

Here is Sarah adding raw apple blossom honey 🐝🌸 to seven barrels to co-ferment with fresh pressed juice! ⠀

The fermentation process will take several months 📆, but the long wait should result in a delicious beverage (🤞) with an alcohol content closer to that of wine given the added sugar from the honey.🥂⠀
