2 0 miles! 🎉♥️ what a difference a week makes!! I stayed within my paces, finished under my goal AND felt pretty good the entire time! my fueling, hydration and rest was definitely better this week leading up to this run plus I think I was trying real hard to prove to myself I could do it! which I did! now to do something about this chafing 😬 #runwithaimgroup❤️
