A new Tea Time à la française by Pastry Chef Olivier Lainé ✨

Inspired by the art of the French déjeuner, laine_olivier unveils a refined experience at the Salon Proust, where sweet and savoury creations come together in a contemporary interpretation of a timeless Ritz Paris ritual.

From an Earl Grey and cardamom mousse to an all-chocolate charlotte, each creation celebrates heritage, creativity and the French art of living.

Served daily from 1pm to 5pm at the Salon Proust.
