So..what are you playing for? From more than 100,000 applicants to the final two of Beast Games, legacy.831 wasn’t playing for a prize. He was playing for the chance to tell the world about his son, Lucas, and their mission to find a cure for creatine transporter deficiency.

At Nashville’s UP Xchange, Jeff reminded us that leadership comes down to trust, purpose and believing in others.
