Creamy Fajita Pizza

Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
400 g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp oregano
4 tbsp oil
3 tbsp fajita spread youngsfoodpk 
(or 3 tbsp mayonnaise mixed with 3 tbsp chilli sauce)

For Dough :
3 cups flour
2 tsp instant yeast
4 tbsp oil
Half tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 and half cups warm water
Mix together everything in a bowl, and knead into a soft dough,cover and put in a warm place for 15-20 mins. It will increase in size.Punch it, mix it one more time.

For Assembly 
Mozzarella cheese
Fajita spread or spicy mayo
Bell peppers
Onions , jalapeno 
Chili flakes
Melt 3 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp coriander in microwave for 20’seconds to use as glaze.

Method:
In a bowl, add the chicken and all the spices. Mix really well. In a pan, add the chicken and oil. Cook for 12–13 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Let the chicken cool,Add the fajita spread and coat the chicken well.
Take 12 inch pan, line it with parchment paper, roll out the dough slightly thick, place it on the pan, poke with fork, add some fajita spread, pizza sauce,some cheese, all the chicken topping, add more cheese, bell pepper and onions, jalapeno,oregano, chili flakes
Preheat and Bake at 180C for 25 mins, then broil(top rod) for 3-5 mins to get a nice golden color. Top it with butter glaze and chili flakes, Enjoy
