I film myself alone 90% of the time, so these are five shots I make sure to capture every time I shoot!

1. Mount anywhere, clamp it, stick it, wedge it. The best angle is the one you didn’t think to put a camera in.

2. Low angle, get the camera off eye level. Instantly makes everything feel bigger and more cinematic.

3. Detail shots, the close-ups people rewatch, texture, hands, product. 

4. Wide shots, establish the scene. Gives your edit room to breathe between the tight stuff.

5. Match cut: same motion, different angle, cut on the action.

All shot solo on sonyalpha A7CII, no crew.
