For the majority of her life, barbecue Hall-of-Famer Lee Ann Whippen has been dedicated to BBQ, and the wonderful people and food in the BBQ world. That dedication has led her to open and operate six BBQ restaurants, compete, vend, teach, and spread the BBQ message while appearing on multiple local and national TV shows. Check out some of the highlights she has coming up this year!  

1.  Every week, Lee Ann co-hosts BBQ Nation radio show (USA Radio Network) and podcasts with host, Jeff Tracy, bringing listeners the best from the world of BBQ and cooking.

2. Pit Boss Grills Ambassador; launching her monthly Hall of Fame Competition Recipes on their various social media platforms. 

3.  QVC Presenter for Pit Boss "Big Deal" event in Mid May 

4. April 23-30 Celebrity Pitmaster 20th Anniversary Jeep Beach Week, Daytona, FL, recognized as World's Largest Jeep Exclusive Event supporting local Charities including Childhood Cancer Foundation, Halifax Health, Nascar Foundation and others
  
6.  Throughout the year, she will be judging various BBQ contests and teaching BBQ Classes.
 
7.  The BIG NEWS... she's opening "Dignatary Smokehouse" Food Truck in Tampa, serving signature recipes cooked over strictly charcoal and wood!
