## Caption

Most clients say yes… then go quiet.

No calls. No brief. No idea what happens next.

So I built one system. I send it the second a project gets confirmed.

It lays out the process, the timeline, what to expect — before they even have to ask.

Because one well-written message saves you from ten “hey just checking in” texts.

If you’re a designer, motion designer, or freelancer working with clients — save this.

Follow motionbyakash for more on running a design business without the chaos.
