I’ve had days where nothing feels right, I’m frustrated, overwhelmed, and just stuck in my own head. Those are the days I’ve learned to talk to God the most.

I don’t always know what to say. Sometimes I just sit there and tell Him exactly how I’m feeling. And somehow, I always walk away feeling a little lighter.

Life isn’t always going to be good, but knowing I can turn to God on the bad days has changed everything for me. 🙏🏾🤍
