She wanted to lose body fat & look toned af πŸ’ͺ Being a year out from her wedding, we went into a slight bulk from September through January (transformation shown) This was necessary for Sam to put on muscle & get the most out of her training. We also wanted to be in the perfect spot when the time came to cut, which meant being out of a calorie deficit for a while. It was hard for Sam to see the scale go up and her pictures, I remember asking her to trust me & she did. She stayed super patient while maybe wanting to cut my head off πŸ˜‚ We entered her cut in February and came to the end of it last week. As you can see in the photos, Sam put on muscle during her bulk & was able to shred the extra body fat during her cut πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ We didn’t even go lower than 1700 cals a day 😱 I am so proud of you Sam. Not only is she seeing physical changes, but Sam has been putting her all into her mental health as well. Speaking with a therapist, learning to take rest days, listening to her body, not feeling guilty for eating foods she enjoys, & finding a passion for exercise again.
