In 2013, basically nobody knew what creative finance was.

So I made it my job to learn it well enough to teach it to others. I wanted this strategy to help people like it helped me.

Here's the whole game: seller finance means the seller acts as the bank. No loan from a bank or credit pull.
ㅤ
You and the seller agree on a price, down payment, and monthly payments. You pay them directly, so a bank is never involved.

That's it.
