## Caption

It turns out it does...

This extraordinary 18th-century gatehouse sits on the Holkham Estate, with countryside all around and one of North Norfolk’s best beaches nearby.

Here’s what makes it rather special…

🏛️ Grade I-listed former gatehouse for two.

🛏️ Four-poster bed beneath original wooden beams.

🛁 Freestanding roll-top bath beside the bedroom.

🌊 Holkham Beach and the Norfolk coast nearby.

There’s a characterful kitchen downstairs, then 33 spiral stairs leading up through this rather unusual little piece of Holkham history.

A proper North Norfolk escape for two, with the estate outside and that beach waiting nearby.
