## Caption

We popped in to see friends staying here a couple of months ago... and really didn’t want to leave.

After a day on the North Norfolk coast, we fired up the BBQ in the garden, opened a bottle and settled in for the evening.

Good times!

Here’s why we loved this place…

🍽️ Farmhouse kitchen-diner with room for everyone.

🔥 Beams, brickwork, flagstone floors and wood burner.

🛏️ Stylish bedrooms with plenty of space.

🌊 North Norfolk beaches just a short drive away.

🌿 Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and BBQ.

It’s one of those cottages that works just as well for days exploring the coast as it does for getting everyone together back at home.

Comment “Fabulous” and we’ll send you the details 🫶
