What started as curiosity about AI-assisted coding slowly became a deeper exploration of engineering, traceability, architecture and governance.

My 5-part Operation Self-Learnings journey:

Claude Code + VS Code + SAP CAP
Exploring AI-assisted development while keeping the developer in control.

🔀 POC 2 — TRACE
Git + GitHub
Making AI-assisted changes visible, reviewable, versioned and reversible.

🌐 POC 3 — CONNECT
Local VS Code → Git/GitHub → SAP BAS → SAP BTP Trial
Connecting local development with the SAP development landscape.

🛡️ POC 4 — GOVERN
AI assists. Human decides. Git records. Runtime validates.
Moving from AI-generated code toward controlled engineering.

🏗️ POC 5 — ARCHITECT
Stepping back from individual tools to understand the bigger picture — responsibilities, boundaries, security, validation and governance.

My biggest takeaway:

AI can accelerate engineering.
But architecture, judgment and accountability still belong to us.

The journey evolved from:

“Can AI help me code?”

to:

“How can I design a controlled engineering workflow where AI can participate effectively?”

BUILD → TRACE → CONNECT → GOVERN → ARCHITECT 🚀

And this is only one chapter.
