🌹 A Magical Evening at Uddhava Kund in Vrindavan 🌹

Today was truly a day filled with divine blessings and beautiful bhakti. 🙏🏻💖

I spent the day reworking our children’s book about Uddhava’s journey to Vraja, where he arrives looking so much like Lord Krishna that the residents of Vrindavan are reminded of their beloved Shyam. He visits Nanda Baba, Yashoda Maiyya, and the gopis, bringing Krishna’s loving messages and sharing beautiful Hari Katha.

And what made today even more special was that we actually visited the sacred Uddhava Kund! 🌸

This holy place is associated with Uddhava’s loving exchanges with the residents of Vraja, where he spoke about Krishna and witnessed the extraordinary devotion of the gopis.

Uddhava was so deeply moved by their pure love that he desired to be reborn as a blade of grass, a creeper, or a plant in Vrindavan, just so he could receive the dust of the gopis’ lotus feet.

Imagine such humility, such devotion, such pure love for Krishna! 💙

While we were there, something incredibly special happened. The Goswami, without knowing my personal connection to roses, placed beautiful rose oil on my right hand. 🌹

For me, roses have always represented the Divine Feminine, and receiving this unexpected blessing in such a sacred place felt deeply meaningful.

The Goswami also blessed me with Uddhava’s garland! The deity of Uddhava there is so beautiful, his face filled with tears of divine love, expressing the overwhelming bhakti he experienced in Vrindavan.

And my dear Mahesh received the sacred garland of Radha Krishna! 💕🙏🏻

What an extraordinary evening, surrounded by the love of Radha Krishna, the devotion of Uddhava, and the sacred atmosphere of Vraja.

To spend the day bringing Uddhava’s story to life for children and then stand in the very place associated with his divine pastimes was a blessing beyond words.

May we always aspire for even a tiny drop of the pure love that the residents of Vrindavan have for Shri Krishna.
