Would you buy the sign for $500⁉️😭💰🇨🇦

A Trump Avenue street sign that mysteriously disappeared from Ottawa’s Central Park neighbourhood reportedly surfaced on Facebook Marketplace shortly after, where the listing was later marked as “sold.”

The sign went missing just days after Ottawa City Council voted to rename Trump Avenue. The city had previously said it was looking into the disappearance, while stressing that street signs are critical infrastructure and should not be removed or taken.

The City of Ottawa says the missing sign will be replaced, meaning Trump Avenue is getting another sign even though the street itself is already set to receive a new name.
