Trump Avenue is officially getting a new name ‼️👀🇨🇦

Ottawa is moving forward with renaming Trump Avenue after city council approved starting the process to replace the street’s name.

River Ward Coun. Riley Brockington, who previously pushed for the change, is expected to lead consultations with residents before a new name is selected. The move comes after an earlier attempt to rename the street in 2021 did not move forward.

The street’s new name has not been decided yet. What should Ottawa rename Trump Avenue ⁉️🤔⤵️
