This Dodge Viper ACR appears to trade one of its headlights for a direct air-intake opening, a modification commonly seen on high-performance builds where maximizing airflow matters more than symmetry.

From the factory, the fifth-generation ACR already came with a hand-built 8.4-liter naturally aspirated V10 producing 645 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque.

Its enormous rear wing, front splitter, dive planes and other aero hardware were engineered to generate extreme downforce rather than simply make the car look aggressive.

Dodge even fitted carbon-ceramic Brembo brakes, adjustable Bilstein suspension and specially developed tires to turn the ACR into one of the most track-focused street-legal Vipers ever made.

Once owners start modifying cars like this for even more performance, apparently having two functional headlights becomes optional.
