Here is exactly what you should be asking yourself first before when considering moving to Las Vegas:

Question 1:
“What kind of aesthetic do you want to wake up to every day?”
👉Because Las Vegas is not one look. There are master-planned communities that feel like a resort, desert modern, suburban traditional, and everything in between. The community you live in should match the environment that makes you feel at home, not just the house.

Question 2:
“Do you need to be near a specific type of school?”
👉Public, private, charter and within that, what matters to you about the program? Because in Las Vegas, school quality and school type vary significantly by area, and I’m not putting a family in a zip code that doesn’t serve their kids.

Question 3:
“What do you want around you?”
👉Walkable retail, restaurants, gyms, parks, trails? Some of my clients want to feel like everything is five minutes away. Others want privacy and quiet and don’t mind driving. Neither is wrong but it changes everything about where I send you.”

Question 4:
“How important is freeway access to you?”
👉Whether you’re commuting, traveling frequently, or just hate being landlocked in traffic, your relationship to the 215, the 15, and the 95 matters more than most people realize until they’re already living here.
