This one broke our hearts. De’Von Achane is out for the season, & today we had a lot of conversations about what that means, not just for the football player, but for the human first. I tell my kids all the time that anything is possible!! But today, we talked about what that actually means. Anything is possible doesn’t mean pretending hard things aren’t hard. It doesn’t mean rushing through something that takes time. And it doesn’t mean that if we believe hard enough, science suddenly changes. 😂 Healing takes time. Right now, the focus shifts to healing and recovery. We’re wishing you nothing but the best on that road, De’Von. We know this isn’t the end of your journey. We can’t wait to see you come back stronger!!!! CLASS CLASS LOVES YOU 🧡 #nfelementary #nfl #football #classroom #teacher
