Still smiling about the 2026 Region III ASSP Professional Development Conference! 🐡 First, a huge thank-you to the Region III PDC planning committee for selecting me to speak. Being trusted with a spot on that program meant a lot, and the whole event was run beautifully.

To everyone who came to my session, "From Compliance to Commitment," and jumped into the discussion: thank you. 🙌 Your questions, your honesty about the leaders you're trying to move, and your energy are what made the hour worth it. A few of you have already emailed asking for the slides and the leadership readiness assessment I built, and they're on the way. I'd genuinely love to hear how the diagnostic works when you put it to use, so please keep the feedback coming.

And the setting? I presented in front of the reef aquarium. Easily the most spectacular room I've ever spoken in. It's not every day you're making the case for safety leadership while sea life glides by behind you. I won't forget it. 🐠

Next stop: the Midwest Women in Safety Conference in Iowa next month talking HOP!
