Women in Sports.

I spent the day at a Women in Sports event at The Wharf in D.C., and I went in thinking about the stories I would hear.

I left thinking about the stories I got to witness.

The conversations.
The introductions.
The laughter.
The mentorship.
The little moments happening between everything else.

I brought my camera along and started looking for those moments, too. 📸

I’m realizing more and more that storytelling isn’t always about capturing the biggest moment in the room.

Sometimes it’s about noticing the moment that everyone else walks past.

A look.
A reaction.
A connection.
A feeling.
