Today, we’re participating in the Annual Fall Virtual Headache on the Hill, meeting with Congressional offices alongside advocates from across the country. 💜

Our community may be joining from homes, offices, and computer screens, but the issues being brought to Congress are anything but remote. More than 40 million Americans live with migraine and other headache disorders, and these diseases that can disrupt school, work, family life, finances, and nearly every part of daily life.

Today, advocates are calling on Congress to take action on important priorities, including:

📣 The HEADACHE Act, which would create a coordinated federal initiative to expand headache research, improve care, reduce disparities, and increase public awareness.
📣 The Safe Step Act, which would create protections for patients when insurance step therapy requirements stand between them and medically appropriate treatment.
