THREE more days until recital! As dance educators, we are acutely aware of just how important it is to help our dancers stay healthy physically and emotionally - and how much injury, sickness and mental health issues can impact those in our community. Part of our mission is to create safe and brave spaces for our students and teach them how to move efficiently and safely so they can continue practicing this art that we all share a love for.
