Coach Spotlight: Dave Paluch 🏒

If you’ve been on the ice at Shield, there’s a good chance you’ve already worked with Coach Dave.
As one of our On-Ice Specialists, Dave works with athletes on the details that translate directly to their game. From building strong skating foundations and improving skill execution to developing better hockey IQ and decision-making.

It’s not just about running through drills. It’s about understanding why we’re doing them and how those skills show up when it matters in a game.

Dave is a big part of what we’re building here at Shield Hockey Club, and we’re excited to have him continuing to work with our athletes. 👊
