It’s officially WING WEEK in Portland through September 27! Here are 6 spots we’ve tried so far:

boke_bowl: Hot and sour Gochujang butter dipped wings with pickled Serranos

bunksandwiches: Al pastor chicken wings, pineapple-guajillo chile sauce, cilantro, cotija, and avocado ranch.

morelandalehouse: Pineapple, garlic, birds eye peppers, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.

greekstreetpdx: Fried wings flowered with a Greek herb dredge. Tossed with a garlic lemon butter sauce. Topped with crumbled feta. Served with Tzatziki.

thedustedcup: Smoked vegan wings seasoned with a garlic-herb rub, then tossed in your choice of Creamy Lion’s Mane Buffalo or Reishi Pineapple BBQ sauce.

vancouver_brickhouse: A balance of fresh strawberries, scorpion peppers, brown sugar and honey sauce. Garnished with fresh bee pollen.
