New workout footage of LeBron James has Sixers fans fired up, as the 41-year old superstar was in the gym before 5 a.m. putting in serious work ahead of his first season in Philadelphia. Also, Sixers backup center Adem Bona suffered an injury and will be re-evaluated at the start of training camp, potentially opening up a huge opportunity for Dominick Barlow to emerge as a sleeper candidate for the backup center job. Lastly, LeBron's former teammate Dwyane Wade explains why he believes choosing the Sixers over the Miami Heat was a smart decision and even hints that there could be more behind LeBron's move to Philadelphia than just basketball. Today, we discuss it all!
