Yemen's Houthi military spokesman Yahya Sarea said on Thursday that the group attacked Saudi military sites in Jazan province using dozens of ballistic missiles and drones. ⁣
⁣
He said targets included operations rooms, command and control centers, weapons depots and missile launch sites. Saudi authorities have not confirmed the claims.⁣
⁣
Saudi civil defense issued an emergency alert over potential danger in Jazan on Wednesday, and also warned of danger in the northwestern province of Tabuk, a first during the latest escalation.⁣
⁣
More than 700 people have been killed in the latest fighting in Yemen, according to the UN.⁣
