[is this dinner in a volcano or is this Hilton?] one of the most beautiful evenings I’ve experienced in a while began with hard hats and flashlights, descending into a lava tunnel beneath royalpalmgalapagos. the hotel, set above in the highlands of Santa Cruz, Galápagos is a majestic place — where you’re greeted with the beauty of wildlife and the warmth of hospitality. a place not only to lay your head but somewhere that unlocks adventure. from there, we emerged into the evening for dinner inside the crater of an ancient volcano, surrounded by the landscape, and a memorable five-course culinary experience curated by Executive Chef Patricio Sisa. hilton #HiltonPartner
