The first steps in ballet are about learning how the body moves, one skill at a time. In our Children’s Ballet Program, students are introduced to ballet technique through age-appropriate instruction that helps them understand basic positions, movement patterns, posture, and coordination.

As they practice and progress, dancers begin developing greater body awareness and familiarity with the structure of a ballet class, creating a strong starting point for continued learning.
