Good Neighbor Day is always a great chance to connect with the people who live near you. And the best way to do that? Come bearing food! I made classic Chocolate Chip Cookies using bobsredmill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour, and a batch using their regular All-Purpose Flour. This was my first time baking with their newly reformulated Gluten Free flour, and I could immediately taste the difference. It’s got even better texture and flavor than before. I used plastic treat bags, ribbon, and paper bags to package them up, and deliver them around my neighborhood. It was such a fun, spontaneous way to catch up with people we hadn’t chatted with in a while and meet new people too! #BobsRedMillPartner #Moregetherness #GoodNeighborDay
